The bakery was depending on selling donuts to customers in store only. This caused slow growth and limitation in reaching more customers. The bakery aimed to expand its sales through online channels to achieve higher profits; however, it lacked an online store.

I was responsible for designing and developing a modern online store based on Shopify platform. The user-friendly interface and easy navigation made sure to boost customer engagement and ensure a smooth ordering experience. The simple checkout page and different payment options encourage customers to make purchases and ultimately drive sales for the bakery. Shopify admin dashboard allows the bakery management to easily add, delete, or edit products. The dashboard also features inventory management, order processing, customer management, sales reports, and store analytics.

The establishment of the online store has been leading to high conversion rates which significantly increased the bakery's sales. The intuitive user interface has been fostering customer loyalty, thereby promoting repeat purchases. Moreover, the online store enhanced the brand visibility for the bakery.
